No. Our Tier 1 Discovery engagement is specifically designed for non-technical business owners. We translate your operational requirements into a technical specification — you never need to understand the underlying architecture. For Tier 2 builds, we manage the technical complexity and communicate in plain language throughout.
Tier 1 is the right starting point if you're not yet certain what to build, need internal sign-off before committing budget, or want a technical blueprint you can take to multiple vendors. If you already have a clear, well-scoped brief, we can fold the discovery work into the first phase of a Tier 2 engagement and move directly to building.
You do. Everything we build is handed over with full documentation and source code. There are no licensing fees, no lock-in, and no ongoing payments to us unless you choose to engage us for further work. The system is yours to run, modify, or hand to another developer.
In most cases, yes. Our standard Tier 2 scope includes up to 3 integrations with your existing systems — CRMs, databases, APIs, data feeds, and communication platforms. If your stack requires more than 3 integrations, we'll scope and quote those separately before the engagement begins. Nothing is hidden in the standard price.
A small number — intentionally. We take on a limited number of engagements at any time to ensure every client gets direct access and genuine attention. This is a deliberate choice, not a limitation. If we're at capacity when you reach out, we'll tell you honestly and give you an expected timeline.
